E-commerce Executive

Job Description:
- Solve day-to-day operations problem, manage the company’s product portfolio on marketplaces where applicable including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns, defects management, replenishments and content updates.
- Plan, organise and execute monthly promotional activities. Liaise with e-marketplaces’ Account Managers for maximizing exposure and support.
- Work closely with warehouse operation, courier to ensure timely shipments & inventory management and review the fulfilment / delivery options at all times.
- Provide analysis & performance reports including daily, weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs and recommending changes to improve performance to achieve P&L results.
- Administrative duties including handling all customer-related engagement in relation to delivery or product issues, special orders, online sales invoices and complaints etc. Ad hoc admin duties whenever needed.
- Able to set up new shops on e-commerce platform.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year work experience r in handling E-commerce platform, such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon.
- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
- Good team player who can work independently, self-driven and result oriented.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
