**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Social Media Manager** to oversee and implement effective social media strategies for our clients. This role goes beyond content creation—you will be responsible for driving engagement, managing client relationships, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring all social activities align with broader brand objectives.
- **Strategy & Planning** - Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to meet client objectives.
- **Multi-Platform Management** - Oversee and manage content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- **Analytics & Performance** - Monitor social media metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- **Client Relations** - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing insights, and ensuring seamless communication.
- **Campaign Development** - Lead the creation and execution of strategic social media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- **Content Oversight** - Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
- **Community Management** - Monitor and engage with audiences, responding to comments and fostering meaningful interactions.
- **Scheduling & Workflow Management** - Maintain content calendars, approve assets, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
