**Social Media Specialist**

**About You**
You are a self-starter that is able to take initiative and bring fresh ideas with the content that you create. You are organised, data-driven and pay close attention to the details - including grammatical errors, spelling, and fact-checking. With a “solutions first” mindset, you find yourself looking for viable solutions with minimum supervision and ideally have prior experience.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Strategise, plan and craft impactful content across different platforms to meet client’s objectives (including social media posts, eDMs, posters and more)
- Liaise with the design team to effectively communicate your ideas and vision for collateral so that it can be executed well
- Be on the ball with campaign-planning and liaising with KOLs to execute campaigns
- Create relevant and engaging content on websites, blog articles etc.
- Work on developing websites on Wix/Shopify
- Involved in SEO/SEM processes to execute SEO strategies
- Conduct competitor analysis and optimise current SEO strategy based on research
- Perform keyword research and optimisation for clients
- Develop and implement internal & external link building strategies to improve organic traffic and page search ranking with the goal to maximise ROI
- Work with the marketing department to optimise content, ideation copy and other collaterals
- Conduct regular site audits to track the efficacy of implemented SEO strategies
- Collate data on Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Data Studio Dashboard and other tools

**What we are looking for /job requirements**
- 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience and relevant experience in a similar role as a digital marketing/content marketing executive
- Some knowledge on building websites
- Experience with increasing organic traffic
- Understanding of SEM, content/marketing concepts and the association between these aspects of marketing to maximise ROI and optimise marketing strategy
- Foundational knowledge in core aspects of SEO areas: including but not limited to keyword research, technical SEO (XML sitemaps etc.), on-page SEO optimisation (metadata, headings, meta-descriptions, navigation) as well as off-page optimisation
- A self-starter who displays initiative and readiness when it comes to get things done
- Collaborative and a team-player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for analysis and working in the F&B industry is a plus

**The Planner Affairs** is a MICE and solutions company, catering to businesses especially in the F&B sector. Our expertise are in planning and executing projects, regardless of the size - from holding exhibitions, to organising roadshows.

We also offer a range of media solutions that are tailored specifically to each company’s needs.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
