**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or relevant disciplines, and have at least 2 years of commissioning experience. - Knowledge of standard power and cooling calculations necessary to determine capacity requirements (i.e., UTI, TIA-942, ASHRAE) - Understand Power Redundancy and how it is implemented in design (i.e., 2N or N+1 Distributed Redundant) - Experience with Cooling Redundancy and how Concurrent Maintainability is implemented in design (i.e, N+1 or N+2). - Experience in the following areas: - Lead or influence a Design and Architect team to complete Data Center Conceptual>30%>60%>90% Detailed Design Process. - Practice Data Center Tiering Standards (i.e., TIA-942 Rated 3, or Uptime Tier 3) in a detailed design process. - Lead or influence a construction team to complete Data Hall fit-out experience, including IT services Coordination, Power and Cooling Planning. - Lead or influence a testing and commissioning team to perform L1 to L5 commissioning tests to validate the system design intent and resolve technical problems along the way. - Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience such as generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, UPS, electrical sub-distribution systems, etc. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
