Duties and Responsibilities The Warehouse Co-ordinator is responsible to perform the operational aspects of the Warehousing Operations. The Responsibilities: 1. To operate forklifts or other equipment (or manual handling) in order to pick cargoes, stuff or un-stuff containers, and to receive or discharge loose cargoes. 2. To perform marking / re-marking of cargoes and / or other value added services as required. 3. To perform re-arranging and / or palletizing of cargoes. 4. To perform or assist the (Assistant) Supervisor / (Senior) Executive in the following: a. Tally cargoes based on Cargo Manifests. b. Inspect the condition of cargoes being handled (Note: All completed Tally Sheets, Storing Orders, etc. shall be duly acknowledged by the Warehouse staff who originally perform the work). 5. To follow all handling and storing instructions for cargoes to prevent damage and deterioration. 6. To perform operator-level checks and maintenance on forklifts and other equipment. 7. To perform housekeeping and other general work in the Warehouse and its compound. 8. To report to Customer’s premises or elsewhere for warehousing related duties, as and when required. 9. To perform any other duties as assigned by (Assistant) Supervisor / (Senior) ExecutiveMinimum Qualification: Secondary Education or equivalent Minimum Experience/ Requirement: 1. Possess PSA Forklift Certificate 2. Preferably 1 year relevant experience
