Warehouse Coordinator Role

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. This involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, supervising and coordinating with the warehouse team on loading and unloading of containers and vehicles, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
  • Maintain Safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Supervise and coordinate with warehouse team on loading and unloading of containers and vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory software.
  • Some experience working in a warehouse setting.
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safety practices.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical work when required.
