Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse is crucial for any organization. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and easily accessible. This includes conducting regular stock taking, managing inventory levels, preparing purchase requests, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies
  • Conduct regular stock taking and manage inventory levels to optimize storage space
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Inspect and record incoming materials and supplies
  • Organize and label inventory and supplies for easy access
  • Track material usage and ensure timely restocking
  • Generate reports on inventory levels and supply chain performance
Requirements:
  • Experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of safety protocols for warehouse operations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or ERP inventory modules
  • Experience managing inventory and supplies in a fast-paced environment
