Hegen requires a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to spearhead the Commercial department. You will be leading the growth of the Commercial sphere in our local and international business. You will play a critical role in supporting the strategic and operational direction for the Commercial Department. As a catalyst of innovative change and a leader to your high-performing team, you will create a growth-centred culture whilst executing strategic objectives to achieve long term profitability and enhanced brand reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement go-to-market strategy that guide the business on strategies to engage customers and gain a competitive advantage
- Create innovative and consistent growth in revenue, profitability, market share and stronger brand awareness
- Actively support the organization's growth by driving market performance, creating business proposals, leading any negotiations and exploring solutions to allow Hegen to achieve better commercial outcomes
- Leading a team of managers and executives to drive motivation and achieve a high-performance culture
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on new customer acquisition strategies and marketing strategies to strengthen the brand awareness and contribute to product sales
- Exercise and display strategic ability in managing and growing Hegen’s local and international businesses by establishing rapport with stakeholders internally and externally
- Manage existing and new client relationships, in any form of negotiations and collaborations, this includes retailers, distributors, corporate partners etc
- Track, measure and analyse performance metrics in Commercial department and prepare report to the Management Team
- Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc)
- Regularly review the local, international and collaboration strategies to ensure consistent or exponential growth in different business pillars in the commercial department
- Monitor the financial performance of all expenditures and investments in the Commercial Department, and implement necessary cost & financial measures

Ideal Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industries or experience in a revenue-generating or commercial services role with demonstrated leadership experience
- Proven capability in managing stakeholder relations across levels and operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Future-oriented, able to interpret trends and form meaningful business decisions to support the Commercial’s business in local and international markets
- Driven and team-oriented spirit, ability to unite, support and provide direction to ensure team and peers grow towards a positive and meaningful direction
- Analytical and creative thinker, ability to demonstrate business acumen in a logical and process-oriented manner, and creatively innovate on processes and create new possibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
