This is a senior hire as Head of Corporate Planning, Strategy & Research playing a key role in developing the corporate planning and investment strategy and act as a strategic partner for the business units to drive optimal performance. You will lead the strategic corporate and transformation initiatives and provide in-house market insights to the overall real estate development businesses globally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for various aspects of corporate planning work including strategic investment and planning, budgeting, and country reviews.
- Set and track the Group’s Balance Score Card, in partnership with senior management and HODs.
- Act as the secretariat for senior management meetings, ensuring key issues discussed are tracked and addressed accordingly.
- Lead the research and business intelligence activities for the Group.
- Lead the market research inputs to business units and country operations to facilitate the investment process.
- Analyse the real estate trends and undertaking market analyses.
- Analyse global macroeconomic trends and their impact on the Group’s business strategy
- Subscribe to relevant research databases and overseeing the maintenance of such databases to facilitate information storage, retrieval, and usage
- Manage consultants on scope of market reports, content, quality, and timeliness to ensure relevant information, analysis and trends are provided to country operations
- Be the key point of contact for all research and business intelligence requirements for the Group HQ, including liaising with research counterparts in the various country operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably Master’s, or bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or Real Estate/Finance/Business Administration.
- Minimally 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a strategic research role. Prior experience in finance/management or strategy consulting would be considered.
- Minimally 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with an implementation driven mindset.
- Self-driven and performance oriented with excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
