**Job Role**:
Support the development and implementation of corporate strategies and initiatives in the areas of stakeholder engagement and partnerships with the objective of advancing SingLand’s ambition to be a progressive real estate company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To provide support in the following areas:
Corporate Strategy & Initiatives
- Coordinate and implement group-level strategies in the areas of brand development and communications.
- Develop and implement high impact initiatives related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in philanthropy and volunteering, and diversity equity and inclusion.
- Coordinate change management processes to ensure alignment across business units for the successful implementation of the group-level strategies and high impact initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Develop and execute SingLand’s corporate communications including communication platforms (website, social media, intranet), public relations, media engagement and publications (annual report, sustainability report) to ensure consistency in our public communications and brand messaging.
- Evaluate and implement industry partnerships with government agencies, organisations and institutions relevant to the built environment.
- Develop and implement an investor relations programme for effective communications with existing shareholders, prospective investors and analysts.
- Develop and manage SingLand’s message house comprising key communication components to ensure discipline and consistency in public communications.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Business or Real Estate and preferably with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IT Savvy, in-tune with the digital economy and familiar with web analytics and SEO tools.
- Good organisation and planning skills.
