**Currently Hiring Tech-Savvy Billing Specialist**

Seeking an experienced specialist to drive our automated billing and backend synchronization of financial data. You will play a crucial role in managing our billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a smooth revenue flow.

One with an excellent communication and interpersonal skills would make the best match with our company's open working culture, working in sync with our teams in Customer Success, Sales, and Software Development, with constant interactions and flow of inputs across our company.

**Key Requirements**

This role requires proficiency in using billing platforms, familiarity with payment & collections platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to support billing operations, as well as in the use of modern technology (software and systems).
- Includes the capabilities to: _
- Utilize platforms for billing and payment & collection (preferably: experience in Chargebee, Stripe, and Xero).
- Manage cash reconciliation from various sources (i.e. GIRO, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Stripe) to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support Customer Service teams in resolving billing disputes, credit holds, and processing credit notes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze pricing, discounts, and promotions' impact on billing plans.
- Generate and send monthly statements of accounts to customers.
- Convert on-account customers to credit card payment terms.
- Align billing plans, add-ons, and features with company sales strategies and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
- Provide monthly reporting of revenue metrics (i.e. ARR, MRR) with automated reporting tools, and explain variances using relevant operational metrics (customer churn, new sign ups, expansion etc).
