DESIGNATION : Billing and Accounts Receivables Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:
**The role**:

- Ensure receipt posted accurately against the bank statement on daily basis
- Cheque processing, matching customer details and information
- Process DBS ideal collection batch (GIRO)
- Establish and maintain proper filling system for relevant documents
- Making deposits at the bank
- Answering any billing queries
- Respond to billing inquires from internal and external stakeholders and resolve billing discrepancies
- Ad-hoc duties

QUALIFICATIONS
**We think you’ll fit in great with us if you**:

- Experience with billing and/or customer service.
- Attention to details.
- Strong organization skills and task closure abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel Degree/Diploma in Finance/Business Administration. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
