We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented **Online Marketing & Social Media Specialist**to join our team.
This role combines **social media management, content creation, livestream setup, and e-commerce marketing**.
You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, growing our online presence, and supporting live broadcast operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content (text, images, videos)
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for e-commerce and marketing campaigns
- Create content calendars, track performance, and optimise engagement
- Conduct outdoor photography and videography as needed
- Set up livestream systems for TikTok and e-commerce platforms (including lighting, audio, and streaming software)
- Host or appear in livestreams when required
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Stay updated on latest trends and features across social media platforms

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years**of relevant experience in online marketing, content creation, and social media management
- **Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools**(Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Proven experience in livestream studio setup
- Confident on-camera presence for livestream hosting (preferred)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling skills
- Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work outdoors for shoots when required

**Preferred Skills**:

- Graphic design skills
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithm optimisation
