
Leasing Executive

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with both Project Team and Operations on the implementation of business expansion plans
- Manage and negotiate existing lease renewals with Landlords
- Identify potential new business opportunities by doing market analysis for expansion plans
- Conduct site visits or identify potential outlets
- Track on timeline and follow up on tenders and tenancy agreements with landlords
- Monitor and respond to tenders and request for information on a timely manner
- Manage company and landlord relationship with your reporting officer
- Assisting your reporting officer to prepare weekly presentation reports for Board Meeting
- Maintain proper filing system and documentation.
- Create and update databases and records for all leases
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Real Estate or related fields with minimum 1 year of relevant business development experience
- Possess strong presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Words, _Excel and Powerpoint_.
- Meticulous, systematic and organised team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and is able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Familiar with commercial contracts terms and conditions
- Good command of spoken and written English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
