**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate all aspects of plant sales, including inventory management, pricing, and customer inquiries. Coordinates offsite and seasonal sale.

2. Assist customers in selecting plants, providing information on care and maintenance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

3. Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

6. Assist with special projects and events, including promotional activities and community outreach efforts.

7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the plant sales area and administrative functions.

8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.

**Requirements**:
1. Weekend working hours with weekday off. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.

2. N-level or equivalent or higher; additional education or training in horticulture or business administration is a plus.

3. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

4. Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and horticultural principles is desirable.

5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

9. Physical ability to lift and carry plants and other merchandise, and to stand for extended periods.

10. A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
