**Poste et missions**:

- Dealing with various internal reporting requirements (Singular, underwriting report) and other administrative matters, including fee claims and filing.
- Preparation of loan syndication opinions, liquidity analysis, and closing memos with guidance from senior members of the team.
- Preparation of trade documents related to secondary deals.
- Interface with investors and various internal teams with respect to KYC clearance and settlements.
- Handling Q&A with banks and investors during syndication processes.
- Assisting with marketing efforts including roadshow preparations and coordination.
- Preparation of regular market updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- General support in the execution and distribution of all syndicated loan facilities, including but not limited to the preparation of information memorandum, drafting of syndication strategy and other deal execution workstreams such as KYC, Q&A, and DD coordination.
- Other general research & analysis on the syndicated loan market including deal research and compilation of transaction comparison analysis.

**Profil et compétences requises**:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Commerce/Finance/Accounting or a related field.
Possess strong fundamental knowledge in finance and accounting eg. ideally have already achieved Level 1 & 2 CFA or equivalent.
Prior knowledge and working experience in debt financing, credit analysis, credit research, structuring, prospectus/pitch book writing/presentation.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent written and verbal communication in English, proficiency in an additional language will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Bloomberg.
