Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Maintain a high degree of customer care at the clinic; ensure that customers have the best experience possible.
- Process payments and submit dental claims vis CHAS, Medisave and Insurance portals.
- Manage office supplies such as dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture.
- Ensure clinic operations run smoothly. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Perform administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder with proven experience in customer service or front desk operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun)
