**Job Description**:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AI Program Support Intern to assist with the development of our educational AI platform. The role primarily involves data entry and content organization, contributing directly to the creation of learning resources that will be used by teachers and parents worldwide.

You will work closely with the project development team to input and manage literacy content such as phonics rules, word lists, decodable text samples, instructional prompts, and teaching frameworks into our AI system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Input and organize large volumes of literacy-related data (phonics patterns, decodable words, instructional strategies, etc.)
- Support the structuring of educational content for AI use
- Assist in labeling and tagging content for categorization and searchability
- Review data entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Provide basic research support (e.g., identifying literacy terms or references if needed)
- Work collaboratively with the project team and UK-based tech partners to meet development milestones
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Interest in education, literacy, or child development
- Comfortable working with large amounts of structured data
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of phonics, reading instruction, or educational content is a plus (training will be provided)
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic digital tools

Location: Remote or hybrid (Singapore-based preferred)

Commitment: Part-time or full-time internship; minimum of 3 months (flexible based on availability)
