**JOB PURPOSE**

The role is primarily responsible for managing product sales margin and engaging all suppliers and partners.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Open up new sales and distribution channels ( via offline platforms like mini marts, hotels, F&B, wholesalers) for our own imported goods.
- Manage product sales margin, mix & range, promotions to achieve preset KPIs
- Manage central purchased orders and supplier direct supplies of the category
- Work with stakeholders to develop house brand or oem brand requirements
- Plan organize onsite-offers/ thematic promotions and publicised offers on press and social media to meet KPIs prescribed by management
- Source for direct supplier from source of origin or main consolidators
- Attend overseas procurement, inspection visits and trade events when required

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 years of working experience in category procurement, sales & product development.
- Will need to go down stores and to do inventory checking in warehouse environment.
- Prior experience working on either side of the buying or supply of products in the supermarket retail trade would be a plus.
- Motivated and willingness to always take up challenges to excel beyond current performance.
- Meticulous in work details and investigative attitude.
- Skillful negotiator
- Effective communicator and able to conduct professional business reporting & presentation to a panel of stake holders or management members.
