We are currently recruiting for a Regional Payroll Manager** **to join our Singapore Office. You will be reporting to Commercial Manager & Finance Controller - ASEAN who heads the Singapore Finance team.

**Regional Payroll Manager**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will:

- Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the Payroll function for ASEAN regions
- Manage legislative changes, ensuring adherence to compliance factors that impact on the
- successful execution of Payroll operations
- An advisor on the local statutory laws, regulation and Employment Act
- Review and file relevant payroll related tax returns
- Ensure best practice controls across all payroll processes
- Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Supervise the preparation and analysis of monthly Payroll Reconciliations
- Responsible for year-end payroll processing activities
- Responsible in responding to all internal and external inquiries on payroll related issues, social insurance, and taxation
- Drive quality, excellence and efficiency through the identification of viable process improvements
- Work with the Finance team and motivate to encourage innovative thinking, develop new ideas/approaches and promote “One Beca”
- Proactively contribute to the development of expertise within the wider Finance team
- Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills to inspire and motivate payroll staff to achieve organisational objectives

**KEY REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or related qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in regional payroll
- Good knowledge in payroll practices in Singapore and ASEAN regions taxation and relevant regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with all level of staff
- Fast learner, resourceful and possess initiative
- Able to work well under situations and manages expectations of stakeholders
