Summary of the main tasks of the role.
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Adherence to the **Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group**:

- Perform documents verification and matching with physical cargo before receiving and releasing.
- Printing Cartage Advise
- Printing AWB label thru CW1
- Monitor movement incoming and outgoing shipments process thru in-house systems.
- Liaise with internal departments within the organization to ensure information obtained and act accordingly with the requirements provided.
- Liaise within warehouse team to query and clarify any documentation or cargo discrepancy related issues.
- Perform in-house survey and issue cargo irregularity report when require.
- Monitor sub-contractor to ensure they comply with in-house SOP.
- Work closely with sub-contractor.
- Check vendors invoice billing data to ensure correctly billed.
- Issuer of manual delivery note.
- Issuer and manage all vendor PO for warehouse materials.
- Monitor and update inventory within warehouse storage on weekly report.
- Report any unsafe act or incident.
- Update milestone in CW1 system.
- Monitor and arrange all the urgent shipment from terminals to within the Changi FTZ agents as require base on customer requirements.
- Familiar with in-house systems e.g CW1
- Retrieve all the documents requires from in-house system when urgently needed.
- Check all the returned documents from vendors to ensure all completed and updated in CW1.
- Upload all the photos and report into CW1.
- Prepare vendors documents for registration with finance department.
- Perform weekly/monthly billing to customer and inter-department billing.
- Ensure all customer’s inquiry and feedback handle in professional and effective ways that will add value to the operation and company image.
- Cross department support if require where is needed within warehouse.
- Housekeeping within warehouse premises to ensure it’s clean and tidy at all time.
- PPE require when working within the warehouse premises without fail.
- Follow in-house safety rules and requirements.
- Handle and monitor all the safety matters within warehouse to ensure all the staffs comply with safety policy.
- Any suspicious personnel or goods movement within warehouse premises, immediate report to security, supervisor, or manager.
