As the
**Business Development Executive**, you will be the driving force behind their commercial furniture sales. You are dynamic, motivated, and passionate about building lasting client relationships. You'll be showcasing the company’s impressive range of commercial furniture products and propell the sales growth to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect commercial clients from businesses, offices, hotels & other relevant sector.
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver polished sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Showcase the exceptional features and benefits of our commercial furniture products, emphasizing their quality, functionality, and innovative design.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Establish strong relationships with Architects, Designers, and Project Managers and collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Enhance brand visibility through business conferences or networking events.
- Achieve sales targets and play a pivotal role in driving overall sales growth and company profitability.

**Essential Requirements**:
