**Job Description & Responsibilities**
- Assists in monitoring present and future trends, practices and systems in the Tourism & hospitality industry and determines and ensures execution of competitive programs as directed
- Involve in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget, and Goals
- Ensure on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential, and profitability
- Understands the hotel’s business priorities, products and services
- Work effectively with customers and colleagues from different cultures and countries
- Understand and consider the global nature of the business
**Requirements**:
- Qualification: Hotel Administration, Tourism & Hotel Diploma or Higher Diploma
- Experience: (i) 3-5 years in a hotel managerial position with strong operations roles in various departments
- (ii) Knowledge of hotel budgeting & accounting
- (iii) Experience with pre-opening hotel preferred
- Skills: (i) A high energy level and a passion for achieving results
- (ii) Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive results
- (iii) Ability to manage a competitive environment
- (iv) People & Sales oriented
- Language: Written & Spoken, Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- IT Literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Knowledge of Property Management System and Office Management System
