**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales and business development goals by developing go-to-market strategies, cultivating leads, and managing business related tasks.
- Establish and maintain strategic collaborations, search for new cooperation prospects, and cultivate links with vendors, partners, and important customers.
- Identify areas requiring process improvement and implementing resolution plan.
- Identify gaps and drive strategy where our key product areas need to innovate.
- Drive go-to-market planning for our key product features, helping design and working collaboratively to execute scalable programs.
- Design and implement processes and policies to improve the Company's ability to partner at scale. Ensure partners are fulfilling their contractual obligations and that we are providing the required support.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Tech, Legal, Marketing, Sales). Provide feedback from partners and market intelligence with the aim of creating relevant product offerings.
- Maintain good relationship with existing doctors in our network.
- Keep our doctors engaged in our community.
- Recruit new qualified Doctors and Specialists into our Network.
- Patient/Doctor Consultation efficiency and issue resolution.
- Customer Mediation processes.
- Complete performance reviews. Set training objectives for all our Telemedicine healthcare workers and monitor performance. Assess and maintain competencies of all doctors and our Telemedicine healthcare supporting staff.
- Review best practices and implement into workflow.
- Ongoing process improvement and clinical projects.
- Identify business possibilities and organize business-generating activities such as public events, social media presence, and webinars.
- Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective partners and customers.
- Other projects as requested and assigned by the Senior Management.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years of working experience in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Goggle skills.
- Advantageous to have a strong background in the sales process, business and project management.
- Willing to work in Jurong East.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- healthcare management: 1 year (required)
- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
