Facebook/tiktok Live Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Support full life cycle of Facebook/TikTok live selling by rotating between live admin role, logistics role and customer service role
- To generate product code for the sales of goods, provide clear and concise instructions to live customers.
- Keep track of inventory orders, prepare live selling fulfilment list and respond to customers.
- Support the logistic team in the packing and organising of product orders.
- Provide technical assistance to customers during live session. (E.g. Assist customers in manually adding and removing items from their order carts).
- Any other ad-hoc duties.

**Job Requirement**:

- Good communication skills. Able to communicate professionally in written and oral communication.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to details.
- Well-versed in the use of Facebook/TikTok Live Tools.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Independent and flexible in taking on new task.
- Working hours: < 44 hours a week
- Training will be provided.
