**Job Description**:
**You are responsible for reaching the Sales and Profit goals in your countries by setting a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with global brand expectations. You ensure your Areas have Great Visual Teams by actively working with succession planning, talent and leadership development, and structured performance review based on results, values and leadership. You work in an inclusive way that empower and enable teams to unleash their full potential.**

**_ Key responsibilities:_**

You are responsible for reaching the Sales and Profit goals in your countries by delivering great and locally relevant customer experience through meaningful collaboration with respective sales, area and store teams.
- Contribute to the setting, implementation and follow up of visuals goals, in order to deliver a great customer experience through visual presentation.
- You regularly communicate status of the visual level in your area and take actions accordingly together with your area and store team through frequent coaching and feedbacks.
- Together with your support office visual function set goals and strategy in line with visual expectations, local commercial plan and customer expectations.
- Ensure that you are up-to-date and understand current fashion trends, visual guidelines, styling techniques and competitor landscape so you can anticipate customer needs and opportunities for your concept.
- Share, inspire and educate your area and store teams on the seasonal fashion information delivered through kick offs, meetings and store visits.
- Inspire, motivate and support the area and store teams with the implementation of visual routines (sample picking, planning) and training, to create clear garment presentation throughout the store.

You ensure you have Great Visual Teams and improve their performances. You ensure we empower and offer fair opportunity to all team members in writing their career journeys and unleashing full talent potential.
- Contribute to the evaluation, development and mapping of the VMMs and VMs according to their contribution towards visual goals.
- Together with Support Office Visual and Area team, identify and build strong visual talent pipeline through regular store visits and feedback.
- Support Store Managers to set and follow up on development plans for VMMs and VMs.
- Contribute to VMM’s and VM’s yearly dialogue with constructive feedback to Store Managers.
- Support, deliver and follow-up on quality visual trainings according to global expectations.

- Have 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail and a background that provides you with a thorough and holistic understanding of retail business.
- Proven leadership experience in your current role
- Understand our customers in the market

- Have a passion and sense for current fashion trends and styling techniques
- Achieved desired results in your current position and constantly improving ways of working

- Have strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to determine key priorities.
- Have drive and ability to secure and retain top talent through focused training, development and strong succession planning.
- Are able to travel, if required for the role.
- Are fluent in English and have good communication and presentation skills.
- Motivated individual who is not afraid to take initiative and make decision under mínimal guidance
