**Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

**Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Join the group responsible for partnering with company leaders on the workforce strategies and initiatives leveraged across our company both functionally and categorically. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
**Primary Responsibilities**:
Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Heavy Interview Scheduling
- General administration
- Preparing offer letters
- Create and distribute employment-related correspondence
- Entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in Oracle ATS.
- Various administrative duties that support the TA team
- Assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives for Talent Acquisition.

For the right individual, this role is an excellent entry point for an exciting career in Corporate Recruiting, Human Resources, Executive Administration, and many other avenues We prefer experience in recruitment interview coordination and be adaptable, flexible, organized, multi-tasker and be very detailed oriented.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expert computer skills utilizing the entire suite of Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet.
- Experience in and/or a strong understanding of the essential customer service skill set required in a support role.
- A strong understanding of the importance of discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy.
- A proven ability to exercise sound judgment in determining an appropriate course of action.
- Ability to work face to face with the public, should be proactive, creative and expert at providing directions and answering inquiries, as well as be able to work independently in a fast paced setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and work with mínimal supervision.
- Superb ability to organize and prioritize information and interactions; acute awareness of and attention to details.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively in an environment where processes are being changed and improved for flawless execution.
- 5+ years HR administrative/recruitment support preferred.
- Flexibility a MUST
