Barista (Intern)

3 Mins Coffee is a new cafe serving the CBD crowds. We are looking for a vibrant team member to join us as a Student Barista. Experience preferred but we are more than happy to recruit passionate individuals with no experience and help you in your personal development. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- (Training provided) Prepare food and coffee beverages according to SOP
- (Training provided) Handle espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, oven, and other equipment
- Support with ordering and cashiering duties when required
- Maintain cleanliness at all times

**Requirements**:

- No experience welcome / Student intern welcome
- (Good to have) Food Safety Course Level 1 Certification
- (Good to have) Minimum 1 year experience in F&B as a Barista or similar role
- Free pour latte art making skills
- Fluent in spoken English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented personality and self-motivated
- Cheerful, friendly, and fun to be with

**Salary**: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
