**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven **HR Executive with a passion for recruitment** to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, finding the right talent for the right roles, and staying organized, this role is for you.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
Your primary focus will be on **recruitment**, but you’ll also handle a wide range of HR tasks to support smooth operations:
**Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Priority Focus)**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and job offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
**Onboarding & Offboarding**
- Conduct employee induction sessions and prepare onboarding documents.
- Coordinate offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Support monthly payroll processing and employee claims.
- Submit CPF contributions and tax forms (IR8A, IR21).
- Track and manage attendance and leave records.
**Performance & Employee Engagement**
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and related communications.
- Help organize staff engagement activities and wellness programs.
**HR Administration & Systems**
- Maintain and update HRIS platforms and employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Process statutory claims (maternity, childcare, NSmen).
**Who You Are**
- 1-3 years of HR experience, with **hands-on recruitment experience preferred**.
- Familiar with HRIS platforms and payroll systems (Timesoft or equivalent).
- Meticulous, well-organized, and proactive with excellent follow-through.
- A confident communicator with a professional and approachable attitude.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Open to feedback, growth, and continuous learning.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice is a plus.
