You will be working with stakeholders on marketing initiatives with the purpose to increase business traffic to the network. You will have the important task of providing market information on the locations with good traffic for the business and responsible for the coordination of tasks like branches renovation, launching campaigns as well as promotions for locations. You will suggest operational improvement initiatives to business leaders, ensuring these are both cost-effective and compliant.

To be successful in this role, you are a great communicator with attention to detail and have a proactive mindset towards improvement initiatives. We need you to demonstrate good coordination and prioritization skills with a strong customer-oriented approach. Ideally, you have experience working in an operational support role, preferably within the remittances, fintech, real estate, or retail environment. You will need to be fluent in English and Mandarin and have schedule **flexibility to work on weekends**.
