**Retail Marketing Manager**

As a Retail Marketing Manager, you will own marketing initiatives bringing brands to life in third-party retail environments. The team comprises a small group of innovation-minded marketers dedicated to growing our tech clients' business by driving the adoption of their consumer-targeted devices. You’ll be focused on reinforcing this mission by owning retail programs end-to-end and reporting/KPIs.

As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will lead the work to create the best-in-class customer experience of hardware products and services at Singapore carriers and retailers. This includes the physical touchpoints at the stores and online touchpoints at the retailer's websites.

**Role**:

- Program manage new product launches for Singapore
- Work with the Singapore marketing lead to understand the key challenges of retail/carrier partners and help solve those challenges with the products.
- Collect the user/partner insights with robust analytical thinking and fact-based analyses.
- Be the key point of contact for your campaigns to all internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate planning and execution of merchandising assets for instore and online touchpoints.

**You**:

- BA/BS degree preferred, or relevant industry experience.
- 6+ years of experience in retail, merchandising and/or omnichannel marketing is highly preferable.
- Strong program management capabilities, highly organised, and excellent stakeholder management and partnership capacity.
- Experience in retail production and a strong eye for design aesthetics are required.
- Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy work environment.
- High energy and go-getter attitude coupled with a flexible mindset, teamwork and dedication to the project's success.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning across JAPAC.
