ProTrim & StyleNa Hair Studio is one of Singapore's award-winning & leading Hair salons that is known for using high-quality organic products that leave your hair healthy and manageable and boasts one of the largest teams of award-winning hair hairdressers. Branches are located islandwide in Singapore at Ngee Ann City(Orchard), JEM(Jurong East), Causeway Point(Woodland), Compass one(Sengkang), and Parkway Parade(Marine Parade).

**Responsibilities**:
1) Warmly welcome & greet clients, provide excellent customer service

2) Provide main duties at the front desk including answering incoming calls, registration, arranging appointments, taking care of customer files, payment collection

3) Update client records, appointments and services offered

4) Attending to customers/inquiries where necessary

5) Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and waiting areas

6) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Job Type**

Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Based on experience

**Remark**

English and Chinese speaker

Working **5*/6days a week **(to be discussed)*

Option to choose - Off day: Tue, Wed
