**Job Title**:Receptionist
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and confident **Receptionist**in the beauty industry. He/She will be the first point of contact for the clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:Greet and assist customer warmly, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- **Call Support**:Handle incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and support.
- **Administrative Support**:Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, phone).
- **Payment Handling**:Process payments, manage cash registers, and handle retail product sales accurately.
- **Customer Care**:Address client feedback, resolve concerns, and maintain excellent service standards.
- **Basic Marketing Duties**:Assist with simple marketing initiatives, social media content, support event/roadshow coordination.
**What We’re Looking For**

- Prior experience in call support, customer service, or client-facing roles (e.g., hospitality, retail, sales) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills; confident speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable with basic computer and digital platforms (e.g. Google, Gmail, WhatsApp, Social Media, Canva).
- Basic marketing skills or a keen interest in supporting events and roadshows.
