Technical Principal, Infrastructure Advisory

Mott MacDonald is a global engineering, management, and development consultancy. We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Principal, Infrastructure Advisory to join our award-winning Infrastructure Advisory team in Indonesia to help win and deliver projects across East Asia. This role will focus on technical advisory projects in the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, business case preparation, economic and financial appraisal, and cost-benefit analysis. Our clients include private and public sector organisations across a range of sectors including but are not limited to Mott MacDonald’s core infrastructure areas (Built Environment, Energy, Transport and Water).
- This role is a result of continued expansion of our national and international client base ensuring delivery of high quality worldwide multi-disciplinary projects. You will join a rapidly growing team which covers predominantly the Southeast Asian market, with a strong track record in advising on infrastructure projects. You may be required to travel and work on a short-term basis in countries across East Asia.

**T**echnical Competencies:

- Master's Degree in a related disciplines such as economics, and/or finance is a must, in addition to having a relevant technical degree shall be a plus
- Strong knowledge of one or more Mott MacDonald core infrastructure areas (Energy, Water, Transport, Built Environment) and/or urban developments
- Strong analytical agility and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
- Prioritization, time management and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting networks and relationships
- Strong presentation skill and ability to manage differences in opinions
- Ability to work within and manage cross-disciplinary project teams to deliver scope of work within time and budget

- Fluency in English is a must
