Responsibilities include:

- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development and test of embedded HW and SW solutions for factory automation through Data Engineering.
- Lead a team of engineers that will improve the manufacturing availability, efficiency, quality, and safety through enhancing equipment performance.
- Manage development data science activities and deliverables to drive execution and meet project goals using software development practices for coding, testing and release
- Oversee the execution of multiple simultaneous projects
- Collaborate with peers and form effective relationships with factory partners and suppliers
- Stay current with embedded HW and SW development techniques, IoT and Industry 4.0 standards
- Ensure solutions comprehend the factory environment, security and required certifications
- Manage, recruit, and train a team of engineers including goal setting, performance reviews/feedback and work assignments
- Working with leaders to strategically drive successful results
- Working collaboratively in a team and project environment and across organizational boundaries
- Aligning priorities based on organizational needs
- Planning and overseeing planned system maintenance and new projects
- Interfacing with technical staff and managers across multiple organizations in the network.
- Identifying and resolving problems, with appropriate level management escalation in the event of business impact
- Ensure ongoing compliance with IT Security policies and procedures

Qualification:

- Master Degree or plus in advanced engineering or computer science with 10 plus years industry experience.
- Past management experience and have a track record to delivery continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding the Quality concept, 6 sigma black belt is a plus.
- Skilled in Program management.
