Director Project Management for OSAT Fab Facility in Semiconductor businessOverview:The Project Director for OSAT / FAB Construction is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the construction project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.This pivotal role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in managing large-scale construction projects in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate shall have 15-20 years of experience leading and executing OSAT / FAB / Clean Room facilities for semiconductor manufacturers.Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes including the Civil and MEP systems involved is desirable. Direct construction experience desirable.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement overall project strategy in alignment with organizational priorities and client requirements. Establish project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to monitor progress.
