Senior Accounts Executive

**WHO WE ARE**:
Quantum Consumer Solutions (QCS) is a 33-year old global insights and design strategy company. Our business relies on multiple data sources to help us understand consumers, brands and categories better. Our Singapore Company was set up in 2006 to handle projects across the APAC region. We now have fully owned subsidiaries in Indonesia, China, UK and Dubai.
The current requirement is for a person to manage day-to-day finance related activities. The position offers a competitive salary + benefits, and a chance to work in a dynamic and flexible environment with access to a wider network of practitioners in different geographies.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- University Degree - major in Finance / Accounting
- 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft suite skills, especially Excel, Word and Outlook; experience with an accounting software preferred
- Good co-ordination and communication skills
- Self-motivated and can work independently once trained
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- All office related payments, reimbursements to employees and related voucher preparation
- Raising of bills and receivables management
- Data entry into the accounting software
- Document Filing
- Tax and other statutory filing
- Preparing Profit and Loss and Management Information Reports as per Group requirements
- Work closely with corporate finance team for any other internal reports
- Submission of monthly month end reports
- Handling of Audit independently
- Handling suppliers and accounts payable
