**Quality Specialist**

Manage calibration program to ensure the compliance of equipment in accordance to

Calibration requirements. Liaise with calibration supplier and equipment owner to ensure

prompt calibration of all equipment

Document records of Out-Of-Calibration. Escalate to equipment owner and quality manager

when products could be impacted.

Monitor calibration activities and prepare monthly calibration status report to management

Manage preventive maintenance program to ensure the compliance of equipment in

accordance to Preventive Maintenance requirements. Liaise with equipment owner to ensure

prompt completion of all preventive maintenance activities

Document records of unscheduled preventive maintenance. Escalate to equipment owner and

quality manager when products could be impacted.

Monitor preventive maintenance activities and prepare monthly preventive maintenance status

report to management

Participate in continuous improvement programs such as 6S program, yield improvement

projects etc.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

**Job Requirements**

Certificate from an Institute of Technical Education such as NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or

more work experience can be considered for senior position)

Work experience in a medical device manufacturing environment

Competent using inspection tools and equipment

Basic English
