**Our Team and the Role we are hiring for**

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and entrepreneurial **Senior Manager, Learning Partner** on our People & Culture team to build and lead our learning & development function and DA Academy in the region. You will drive all of DA’s learning and development initiatives with the goal of directly impacting our business growth and people capabilities across our diverse workforce.

You are great at designing learning strategies and building a ground up culture of learning from onboarding to development, and yet you enjoy being hands-on in designing and delivering training programs across all levels of the organization. This includes scaling impactful learning programs using the latest technology and design solutions which are virtual and classroom-based and blended.

You thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and have a passion for making people the best possible version of themselves through continuous learning and personal development. You are experienced in partnering with managers and leaders to deliver impactful talent solutions with high impact on people. You are passionate about providing excellent internal client support and driving people operational excellence along with the People & Culture team.

This is an Individual Contributor role to start up the learning function/team which may expand at a later stage.

**Responsibilities**
- Is a trusted advisor and operates with a strong business mindset and understanding of business needs to execute learning strategies, culture and high impact learning programs together with leaders and managers.
- Design, build and implement a global learning framework at DA, including cultivating a learning culture and overseeing the DA Academy and training across varied workforce within DA
- Partner closely with our leaders, managers and people partners to understand organizational learning needs and create an exceptional employee experience, from onboarding through to technical training and learning programs.
- Design and facilitate training sessions including Train-the-Trainer sessions. Build a pool of trainers and facilitators within/outside of DA to run our learning programs.
- Measure effectiveness and impact of learning programs across multiple geographies.
- In addition to learning & development, own and continuously innovate our Annual Performance Review and oversee Talent Programs within DA, where responsibilities can expand to OD, Coaching, Leadership Development, etc.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10-12 years of progressive L&D/OD experience across various industries. Experiences in a high growth environment and start-ups is a plus.
- A collaborative and thoughtful learning partner who sees the big picture and is comfortable getting into the details.
- Strong communication skills as a facilitator and learning partner
- Passion about learning and development and developing a learning culture within an organization
- Strong project management and analytical skills with proven ability to work collaboratively to develop and execute programs.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with GSuite
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others
- Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role
