**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the strategic vision for the Singapore R&D center, focusing on enhancing large language model capabilities for superior chat experiences.
- Align initiatives with corporate objectives and ensure successful innovation commercialization.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers.
- Foster a collaborative culture that promotes innovation and high team performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in large language models and AI technologies.
- Improve chatbot capabilities in comprehension, emotional recognition, and natural language generation.
- Oversee the end-to-end R&D process, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate projects seamlessly.
- Represent the organization at industry events, building relationships with academic and industry leaders.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, including 3+ years in senior management, with a proven track record in large language models or NLP projects.
- Strong expertise in NLP, deep learning, and machine learning, with familiarity in Transformer models.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- A passion for innovation and creating user-centric technological solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
