We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented cocktail bartender to join our team. Your primary role will be to prepare and serve drinks to customers, ensure a positive guest experience, maintain inventory, and keep the space clean and organised. With your excellent story-telling skills, you will present the menu to our guests and keep them excited and curious while helping them make their selections through personalised recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a diverse selection of high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Engage with customers, present the menu, share the concept and story of Ida’s Bar, and provide personalised recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take orders accurately, deliver drinks promptly, and handle payments with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stocking supplies and performing routine cleaning tasks.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar setting.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, various types of beverages, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and late night as needed.
- Proficiency with POS systems and computer software such as Microsoft Office.
