**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
- Create innovative and visually appealing drink recipes while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients and barware.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, replenishing supplies as needed and minimizing waste.
- Adhere to all alcohol service and safety regulations, ensuring responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop new drink offerings and seasonal specials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and drink presentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred but not required.

Require to work during **weekends and holidays
