JOB SUMMARY

1. Technical guidance for Magnetic Recording Technology and Hard-Disk Media Process Engineering.

2. Technical guidance for Media and Substrate Defects and Improvement.

3. Customer Hard Disk performance improvement related to media read write, magnetic performance and defects performance.

4. Next generation program technical improvement for RD and CS Division

5. New Program qualification.

6. Coordinate with Japan RD site and Singapore RD for next generation program development and improvement.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

B. Technology Development
- Sputtering Performance Improvement
- Technical Guidance for New Program Development
- Technical Guidance for New Sputter Material Development
- Technical Guidance for New Measurement & Testing Technology Sputter Carbon coating process technology study and development.
- Technical Guidance for New Program Development
- New Lubrication and solvent Material Development
- Head and Media Reliability Test

C. Join coordination with Japan SHDI Sputter RD development

D. Join coordination with Japan and US Customer for new program qualification.
- Coordinate and understand Customer Technical requirement
- Coordinate with Japan site and Singapore RHDS RD on Sample qualification, Specification requirement and mass production support.

OTHERS

Qualification

Master / Degree ( Relevant Engineering )

Experience
- More than 10 Years in similar experience
- SMR/HAMR/MAMR development
- Experience in high vacuum technology
- Experience in Customer relation and Sputtering Process.

Skills Required

Strong background in Science/Sputtering Process/ Analytical/Engineering

Strong interpersonal skill and handling of customer.

Others

Basic knowledge of software related skills
