We are looking for talented Creative Marketing Jr. Manager

As a Creative Marketing Jr. Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and trends. You should have excellent marketing and communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively and be able to reach the widest audience to create company goals. You will work closely with the Indonesia team, under the Sr. Business Development Manager and also liaise and have intense communication with Singapore and Malaysia Region.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Help to develop and implement marketing strategy to align with business or campaign goals with creative ideas and mindset.
- Develop a content plan or other promotional assets and liaise with the designer and content team.
- Define KPIs to grow the business to align with company goals.
- Define KPIs for every campaign under or without supervision of Sr. Manager.
- Communicate and engage with clients under or without supervision of Sr. Manager.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing campaigns and make adjustments to improve the effectiveness of their own marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with other internal departments and external such as journalists(media)/KOLs/Agencies to ensure that all aspects of a campaign/brand/service are executed smoothly.
- Help to analyze the campaign and data obtained which is basically given as a reference for making the next campaign/marketing strategy.
- Communicate and liaise with all internal teams and do report to Sr. BD Manager
- Communicate to all stakeholders including senior management at all regions.
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
- Any other responsibilities that the company may assign to you from time to time within reasonable scope.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At Least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication (any major can apply).
- Minimum 3 years experience from the same field.
- A good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate social media.
- Strong and creative analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate simple design/content tools such as Canva, Adobe XD, Stripo and other marketing/project management tools.
- Ability to work in a team with or without direct supervision.
- Domicile Jabodetabek-Bandung
