Tin Box Group is a multi-concept lifestyle brand that owns and operates a growing portfolio of live entertainment, food and beverage venues in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. With 13 venues across 8 distinctive brands, Tin Box Group offers a unique music-centric experience catered to its own genre.

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore as a Creative Designer in Tin Box Group. The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and designing engaging marketing and promotional materials across digital and print platforms. They will also collaborate with other teams to develop branding strategies and assist with venue design and decor.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Mass Communication, Design (Visual Communication), Graphic Design, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of designing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Experience in both print and digital design
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop the overall layout and production design for promotional collaterals such as displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital use.
- To assist in conceptualising and creating content for Tin Box Group's social media platforms.
- Prepare and release necessary notices to our customers and/or staff.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to maintain consistency across all collaterals.
- Devise and propose strategies and creative ideas for campaigns.
- Oversee and develop marketing collaterals for campaigns.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 2 years (required)
- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
