**Are you excited to handle import/ export operations and support the growth of our Supply Chain Operations for the APAC region?**

**We are looking for a highly-motivated and collaborative professional to play an integral role in improving the efficiency of the Supply Chain Operations at the LEGO Group**

**Core Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day Import/ Export operations and other business units in APAC as assigned
- Liaise with 3PL suppliers and customs brokers to handle customs clearance activities for assigned APAC markets daily
- Prepare import and export documents to ensure smooth customs clearance processes and make sure that the activities are rigorously implemented according to the agreed processes.
- Keep close contact with Quality & Product Compliance teams to meet the legal requirements.
- Supervise customs clearance performance at country level, handle and call out issues to minimize market impact.
- Provide support and come up with recommendations for Import/Export related tasks to improve efficiency and reduce lead time.
- Validate cost and invoices related to VAT and customs duties.
- Partner with Procurement team to ensure supplier service meets business requirements and find opportunities for continuous improvement

- The role is part of APAC & China Distribution team which is responsible for bringing products from manufacturing sites to the hands of shoppers and children
- The Import/ Export Specialist is critical to enable the physical flow of goods from regional DC to our local DC’s and ensuring that LEGO products are on time and received in good quality
- This role will report to the Senior Manager, APAC Distribution.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Solid experience in handling APAC import/export processes and operations
- Knowledge of APAC Customs Laws and regulations (Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India)
- Great collaborator with strong partner management skills
- Team oriented, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage assigned responsibilities independently
- Strong problem-solving skills, experienced in mining insights from various data sources, and strong presentation skills
- Past experience demonstrating success in project management would be a plus
- High language proficiency in English to collaborate globally with colleagues and stakeholders.
