**SUMMARY OF ROLE**:
The Network Executive will report to the Office Manager, while supporting the Network Team to facilitate events in the office and externally when required. The Network Executive must always be presentable as they will be a direct representative of the business and will hold a varied workload to support the overall company goals and objectives.

**TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Support Office Manager with office management tasks.

3. Facilitate office tours to the network.

4. Assist events team with requirements around event time.

5. Assist with in-house or off-site activities for employees (celebrations, conferences, team meetings/lunches)

6. Drive the company's mission by always representing the vision during events and to office visitors.

**EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
1. 4+ years' in a receptionist/front of house role

2. Office/Company start-up experience.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

4. High attention to detail who can manage a varied workload.

5. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Strong organizational and planning skills in fast-paced environments.
