**Job Description**:
The Cancer and Stem Cell Biology (CSCB) is one of five founding Signature Research Programmes at Duke-NUS Medical School. CSCB pursues disease-oriented research that moves basic science discoveries from bench to bedside.
Independently carry out the design and execution of experimental research required by the research component of the project.Perform mammalian cell culture, drug treatments, microscopy and molecular biology assays.Communicate scientific information in the form of text, charts, images, slides, laboratory notebooks, and manuscripts.Contribute to project management and provide guidance and mentorship to undergraduate / medical students and research assistants.Maintain optimal experiment progress in the laboratory or in the research work undertaken.Ensure compliance to safety procedures and laboratory practice agreements, conduct risk assessments and maintain ethical conduct at all times. Perform laboratory management duties including procurement of laboratory consumables and management of inventory.Perform other related duties incidental to the work described therein.Job Requirements
