- Identify and develop new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Analyze financial statements and evaluate the creditworthiness of clients, implementing appropriate risk management practices
- Negotiate and structure credit facilities and loan transactions, adhering to regulatory and internal policies
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Legal, and Risk to ensure seamless transaction processing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact clients and the bank
- Provide superior customer service to clients, addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner
- Achieve both individual and team revenue targets and participate in cross-selling initiatives

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate banking or a similar field
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial statements and evaluate the creditworthiness of clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and establishing new business relationships
- Knowledge of financial products, including loans, trade finance, cash management, and treasury products
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and risk management practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
