**Your role**
- Are you at your best when coordinating and collaborating with others in cross functional teams? Do you have a background interacting with clients / market client advisors or in technology? We’re looking for someone like that to join the Platform Oversight HKSG team within GWM COO in APAC.
- Your duties will be:
- Run and support WM Hong Kong & Singapore systemic incident management,, following the UBS guidelines and standards
- Provide guidance to Incident Owners (cross-products, capabilities and processes) on incidents remediation approach, escalation and follow up
- Ensure the assessment of incident root causes, client and financial impact, stop gap measures and remediation approach are adhering to approved framework
- Maintain oversight and monthly management reporting on all incidents and remediations’ status and progress. Track and analyze incident trends where applicable, including timely escalations on operational issues or deviations to the agreed framework
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with cross functional business partners includes but not limited to Product managers, Capability Owners, Process owners, IT, Operations, Legal and Compliance, Business Risk Management and Central Refunds Team.
- Lead tactical and strategic projects within platform oversight / COO, ie: standardizing inter-entity outsourcing set up, client complaint handling procedures
- Lead ad-hoc requests from Senior Management (e.g., presentations, updates, operating procedure review), including Risk forum operational reporting
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the WM COO, Platform Oversight Hong Kong and Singapore team supporting Operating Head WM North Asia and Operating Head WM South Asia & Japan, based in either Hong Kong or Singapore. This role provides excellent opportunities for those who have more specialized background either working with clients and/or technology and who would like to build a broad knowledge across WM business, technology platform, products and processes
**Your expertise**
- We are looking for someone with:
- A university degree and 7 to 12 years of financial services experience.
- Broad understanding of banking processes and platforms. Project management and/or client services experience preferred
- WM business and product knowledge essential.
- IT background or exposure would be advantageous
- Close attention to details with a strong risk and control mindset
- Result oriented with a can-do attitude. Adopts a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving
